CMF Designer

Key Responsibilities** - Support CMF development from concept to production - Create color, material, and finish proposals based on design briefs - Produce creative outputs including trays, slides, renders, and videos - Assist in developing CMF themes and detailed design elements - Iterate and refine proposals based on feedback - Collaborate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and visualization teams - Support material research and benchmarking activities - Prepare both digital and physical presentations - Assist in coordinating with suppliers and material libraries - Ensure CMF feasibility and consistency across components **Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or related field - A minimum of 2–5 years of CMF or automotive design experience - Internship experience in CMF or automotive design considered valuable - Experience working in design studio environment is a plus **Competence** - Strong visual communication and creative thinking skills - Understanding of CMF principles and design methodologies - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Basic rendering skills in VRED or Blender - Familiarity with 3D tools such as Rhino or Blender is a plus - Ability to work in cross-functional teams - Clear written and verbal communication - Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude - Ability to manage workload in fast-paced environments **Last Application date:** 2026-09-11 Apply today, we will perform ongoing selection during the application period.
