C#/.NET Developer – Industrial IoT & Cloud Platform

We are looking for a skilled C#/.NET developer to join a small, technically focused team developing a no-code platform for industrial applications, IoT integrations and business process digitalization. The platform enables customers to configure and automate industrial workflows without having to build bespoke software for every requirement. The development team works both on customer-specific implementations and on new features that become part of the core platform. You will work closely with experienced developers, application specialists and colleagues across Europe. The environment is varied, with several customer projects running in parallel, different databases and integration requirements, and a mixture of modern technology and legacy systems. This is an opportunity to influence both the platform's technical development and how industrial customers use it in practice. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and platform functionality using C#/.NET. Build integrations between the platform, industrial IoT devices and customer systems. Develop reusable features that allow customer requirements to be handled through configuration rather than bespoke code. Work on both customer-specific projects and the evolution of the core platform. Design and implement APIs, microservices and integrations across different systems and databases. Troubleshoot complex technical problems in distributed environments, including legacy systems. Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design and improvements to the platform. Collaborate closely with the internal development team and application specialists to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate problem-solving. Required experience Strong experience with C#/.NET and backend development. Experience developing cloud-based applications, preferably in Microsoft Azure. Good understanding of APIs, integrations and distributed systems. Experience working with databases and data flows across different systems. Ability to independently investigate problems and deliver practical solutions. Comfortable switching between several projects and balancing different technical requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a small, distributed team. Professional proficiency in English. Meritorious experience Industrial IoT, hardware integrations or communication with connected devices. NoSQL databases and other non-relational data stores. Microservice architecture and distributed application design. Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure and DevOps. Architecture and system design, particularly for scalable software platforms. Experience working with legacy systems and gradually modernizing existing solutions. AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools. Who are we looking for?
