Commercial Construction Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Location: Leesburg, VA Starting Salary:$95,000/year (Compensation may be higher based on experience.) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through final closeout. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction while maintaining project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Projects typically include commercial and institutional construction valued at $2 million or less and may be delivered through IDIQ, lump-sum, or fast-track contracts. The Project Manager will coordinate subcontractors while also managing self-performed work when required.
