As Commercial IT Team Lead, you will lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme. You will own the team’s scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance, ensuring delivery stays aligned with programme objectives. The role combines IT leadership, project governance, commercial awareness, and senior stakeholder management. You will work across business, IT, data, and other project functions to coordinate complex dependencies and resolve delivery challenges. Your leadership will help ensure critical outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will operate in an international, remote environment where clear communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
