We are now looking for a Commercial & Marketing Lead who wants to take a key role in developing our business in the Swedish market. As a Commercial & Marketing Lead In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Kappahl Group's commercial and marketing strategies into activities that strengthen the brand, drive sales and create an attractive customer experience. You are the link between central functions and the Swedish organization, where you ensure that marketing, customer communication and commercial activities are adapted to the Swedish market and are carried out with high quality, a clear customer focus and strong business acumen. You will play a key role in developing Kappahl's business in Sweden and will be an important link between the market, store and customer. You will report to the Head of Kappahl Sweden and be a member of Kappahl Sweden's management team. Yor mission To drive and be responsible for the commercial and marketing planning for the Swedish market. Ensure that central marketing and sales initiatives are adapted and optimized based on local needs and business goals. Drive and coordinate customer communication in multiple channels, such as CRM, digital platforms and in-store communication. Follow up on results, analyze market, customer behavior, trends to identify business opportunities.Be a strategic partner to the store organization by creating commitment, clarity and the right conditions for successful campaigns, activities and offers.Responsible for local media investments and collaborations together with internal and external partners.Ensure a consistent and inspiring customer experience throughout the customer journey.Drive local projects, partnerships and initiatives that strengthen Kappahl's brand and position in the market Are you interested?
