Help implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span><strong>Supplier Management</strong>: Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives (identify cost-saving opportunities), partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select the suppliers based on cost, delivery, quality and innovation capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span><strong>Risk Management</strong>: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose preventive measures. Assist in developing contingency plans to mitigate risks related to raw materials, electronic components, geopolitical issues, and financial matters.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>From 3 to 5 years of experience<strong> </strong>in the field of direct procurement or commodity management, preferable in the automotive industry.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Proficiency in written and spoken Business English, any other language is nice to have (Eg.
