Communication Specialist

To our client we are now looking for a Communication Specialist! Are you a self-motivated and talented communications specialist with a passion for internal engagement, then this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities As Communication Specialist, you will lead the communication activities for People Transport Solutions. Using targeted internal media, you will create informative content such as internal articles and newsletters. You will support management and suggest media opportunities to share the brand, products, and services, working in close connection with Corporate Communications (CC) and Marketing Communications (CM). You will be responsible for creating newsletters, articles, and presentations while developing effective communication strategies within People Transport Solutions. You will prepare detailed media activity reports, work with marketing departments to generate new ideas, supervise projects to guarantee content is publication-ready, and respond to issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - You are an excellent communicator and copywriter with brilliant presentation and organizational skills. - You have a Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field. - You have proven experience in creating targeted internal content. - You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Previous experience from the client is beneficial. You take initiative, work independently, and are driven by delivering engaging content. With strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional environments and manage stakeholders with ease. About the assignment For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants. This is a full-time assignment starting as soon as possible, and ending December 31st, 2026. The role offers a hybrid working setup in agreement with the Hiring Manager, with expected high presence on-site in Södertälje.
