Communications Lead - MENAT+

Spotify is looking for a culturally fluent, strategically sharp, and creative Communications Lead to shape and share our story across MENAT+. You’ll lead communications across the Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye, and Pakistan, helping Spotify strengthen its reputation, champion regional creators, and show up in ways that feel relevant to the audiences and communities we serve. Reporting to the Head of Communications, SAMEA, you’ll work closely with regional leadership and Spotify’s global communications teams across consumer, corporate, policy, industry, executive, and internal communications. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution and knows how to navigate culturally dynamic, fast-moving markets.
