The team We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our award-winning Legal team as part of Kambi’s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Malta, helping to provide support to the Kambi business globally. As a Compliance Manager, your day-to-day will look like: Manage end-to-end due diligence for new and existing clients/partners/suppliers, including intake, evidence collection, review, risk assessment, approval, recordkeeping and renewal. Monitor legal and gambling regulatory changes and provide updates to relevant stakeholders in the business. Own policy lifecycle management, including drafting, approvals, rollout, training/communications, and periodic monitoring and reviews to embed consistent controls across the business. Provide administrative support to Kambi’s Compliance Committee if/as required. Prepare and collate licensing submissions, such as forms and exhibits, to be used in gaming license application processes if/as required. Communicate and manage relationship with both regulatory authorities and key executives in the business if/as required. Support information management processes and resources related to licenses/registrations held by Kambi and update of software/systems used for managing license applications if/as required. Manage multiple projects/workstreams, prioritising in accordance with the business’ needs if/as required. Potentially manage one or more individuals within the team. You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have: Strong professional experience working within compliance/regulatory Experience with AML, ABC and Policy monitoring An AML qualification would also be highly beneficial Organised, proactive and with an excellent eye for detail Ability to work self-sufficiently and to tight deadlines on assigned tasks Strong communication skills An eagerness to learn Let’s talk about what’s in it for you?
