Compliance & Purchasing Manager IM&S

Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate the internal network of IM&S buyers in Sweden. - Optimize suppliers’ performance through negotiations, capability development, and performance management. - Lead sourcing for new IM&S needs with global category managers. - Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, contracts, and category strategies across IM&S. - Address compliance issues by establishing and maintaining processes that align with policies and regulations. - Provide training to ensure process understanding and application. - Oversee KPI collection and national reporting for IM&S sourcing. **About You** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, economics, or related field. - >8 years’ experience in strategic sourcing and IM&S procurement. - Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on continuous improvement. - Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable results - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to influence and educate stakeholders on various levels in a global matrix organization. - Strong sense of ownership in governance and compliance. - Skilled in Office package and advantage if familiar with Microsoft Dynamics D365 processes related to purchasing - Fluent in Swedish and English. **For more information** please contact Patrik Källåker, MD, on [Patrik.Kallaker@alfalaval.com](mailto:Patrik.Kallaker@alfalaval.com), or Frederik Ellegaard, Talent Acquisition Manager – Nordic, on [Frederik.ellegaard@alfalaval.com](mailto:Frederik.ellegaard@alfalaval.com).
