Most importantly, you're curious, open-minded and energized by solving creative challenges together with others.  We are looking for people with:  Experience within retail design, interior architecture, spatial design, concept development or a related creative field, ideally within retail or customer‑focused environments.  Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.  Experience creating presentations, visual concepts, layouts, sketches and renderings that communicate design intent effectively.  Strong ability to produce high‑quality renderings, 3D models, and visual communication assets.   Experience in tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape or similar.   The ability to translate business needs, customer insights and briefs into engaging customer experiences.  Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and navigating a complex organizational environment.  Strong self-leadership, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.  A passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.  Curiosity and openness towards AI-powered tools and new ways of working within the creative process.    Portfolio submission  As part of your application, please submit a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
