About the Role As an Engineering Concept Leader, you will spearhead the development of concepts for ECU Software and HV/LV Electronics, serving as the technical authority within this domain. You will guide cross-functional teams in the early phases of projects, ensuring technical excellence, feasibility, and alignment with Aurobay’s sustainability goals. Your expertise will be key in developing innovative concepts, coordinating technology strategies, and driving forward-thinking solutions. What You’ll Do As a Concept Leader, your impact will include: • Leading the creation and validation of technological concepts for ECU Software and HV/LV electronics systems. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and time objectives. • Driving innovation and technology advancements in High Voltage and Low Voltage electronics, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. • Acting as the technical focal point for exploring and defining ECU SW solutions that meet future demands for performance, scalability, and environmental standards. • Coordinating with suppliers, R&D departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into production environments. • Contributing to and executing Aurobay’s technology strategies and template generation processes within your area of expertise. • Providing guidance on systems architecture, safety regulations, and engineering standards related to HV/LV electronics and ECU SW. • Supporting the analysis and verification (AVN) process to ensure robust and reliable solutions. About You To excel in this role, we think that you’ll bring: • Educational Background: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field of study. • Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in ECU Software development, as well as High Voltage and Low Voltage electronics, with hands-on experience in industrial applications. Excellent understanding of Product Development and Concept Development Processes. • Leadership Skills: A natural ability to lead and inspire teams, combined with excellent communication and decision-making skills. • Industry Experience: Around 7-10 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong track record in concept development, analysis, and verification of electronics systems. • Global Perspective: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Swedish language proficiency is preferred. • Passion for Innovation: A proactive mindset with a deep interest in sustainable technology and driving change on a global scale. In Aurobay assignments the consultants are expected to work in a remote desktop environment and bring and use their own equipment (i.e. computer and phone when necessary). Please note!
