Connectivity Operations

What You Will Do Support core connectivity operations — help track and coordinate key workflows across carrier onboarding, pricing updates, and performance monitoring. SIM Management and Inventory — Oversee SIM ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution processes across all markets Escalations and Troubleshooting — Take ownership of issue resolution for lower-priority partner escalations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Support) to triage and resolve connectivity issues Testing and QA — Plan and execute SIM and feature testing across global providers. Coordinate with freelancers or BPOs to manage test execution. Track and report on test coverage, timelines, and results. Work with data — gather and analyze metrics to spot issues, identify trends, and support operational decisions. Improve processes — document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement more scalable solutions. What You Will Need 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operational role — whether in tech, consulting, finance, or a high-paced startup. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly (e.g. Notion, Looker, SQL, etc.). Clear written and verbal communication — you know how to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Proactive, hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to dive into the weeds to get things done. An interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus — but curiosity and willingness to learn go even further. Work At Gigs At Gigs, we value in-person collaboration.
