Construction General Manager - Oil & Gas

Qualifications: Technical Authority Level 2 (TA-2) Advanced degree or qualification in construction management is highly desirable. Professional Certification in purchasing / supply from world recognised associations is desirable. Demonstrated experience in the execution, engineering, construction, commissioning, or management of major industrial projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas, or energy sector SGS is the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company. The Construction General Manager is accountable for the safe and efficient delivery of all construction activities, including both site-based works and modularized facilities fabricated at external yards. The role ensures seamless integration of offsite fabrication, transportation, and onsite installation activities to support project schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness objectives. This role will require specific knowledge in co-ordinating contract packages, constructability review, Site Plan management and tracking construction progress.
