Construction Project Manager

Assignment description We are looking for an experienced hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction and infrastructure projects, while taking full ownership of project controls. The role combines end-to-end project execution with cost control, contract management, forecasting, schedule monitoring, change and risk management, and performance reporting. You will oversee contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in line with contractual requirements. In this role, you will lead projects from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, contractor performance, changes and risks to secure predictable and efficient project outcomes. You will act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and suppliers. The role requires the ability to work effectively both in the field and at management level, maintaining control of day-to-day execution while providing structured and transparent reporting to support informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for securing required permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout project delivery.
