As a Consultant at Roland Berger you will: Analyze business data Conduct market and competitive positioning studies Perform strategic and/or operational diagnostics Lead interviews Contribute to the preparation of presentations Actively participate in creating and delivering workshops We are looking for candidates with the following criteria: You must have 2-4 years of work experience in strategy consulting ideally in the field of transactions e.g. consulting, investment banking Experience in value creation (both top line growth and bottom-line performance improvement) and working with Financial Sponsor clients (e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure Funds, etc) will be valued Outstanding graduate or postgraduate academic credentials from a leading academic institution Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English language communication skills, both written and verbal Proven analytical, financial modelling, commercial, creative, and narrative skills You combine analytical thinking with the use of digital tools, are enthusiastic about utilizing innovative, AI-based solutions, and possess the ability to effectively apply new technologies and data skills to complex issues An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel is a pre-requisite You are an Australian citizen or possess Australian residency Roland Berger is one of the world's leading strategy consultancies with a wide-ranging service portfolio for all relevant industries and business functions.
