We’re looking for a Consultant Vendor Manager for a global company in Stockholm. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Stockholm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end consultant engagement lifecycle for assigned Staff Augmentation Consultant demand, ensuring accurate administration, traceability, and compliant handling in relevant systems. Review and validate intake submissions, clarify scope and requirements, and challenge unclear demand to support sound sourcing and engagement decisions. Lead competitive sourcing through the preferred supplier network by default and manage exceptions through documented rationale and escalation where needed. Select and brief suppliers, assess submissions, build shortlists, and provide structured feedback to improve quality, relevance, and speed over time. Support consultant selection and fee alignment, while final candidate choice remains with the hiring manager, and contribute to cost discipline through rate guidance and benchmarking where applicable. Manage extensions, early terminations, offboarding, and compliance-related escalations, and partner with Procurement and adjacent teams to reinforce the preferred supplier model and support continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS Experience and background: Relevant experience in consultant acquisition, contingent workforce coordination, procurement-supported hiring, or a similar role involving supplier interaction, stakeholder management, and end-to-end process coordination in a complex environment. Education or certification: Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, procurement, operations, or a related field. Skills and competencies: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to clarify demand, challenge unclear requirements, and support sound decisions without formal authority. Strong commercial awareness, structured judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance cost, quality, speed, and compliance are important. Tools, systems, or methods: Experience working in an evolving environment with shifting priorities, and strong familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), KPI follow-up, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Other expectations: Able to work effectively across different business functions and hiring stakeholders while maintaining delivery quality and supporting continuous improvement. This role requires fluency in English and Swedish. This is a full-time consultant position in Stockholm through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with.
