Content Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full ownership role for a sharp content marketer ready to define how US businesses discover and trust an AI-powered communication platform built for SMEs. You will shape the voice across every stage of the customer journey, from paid ads to organic content, working end-to-end alongside a fast-moving, ambitious team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, covering paid and organic channels. - Write and refine website and landing page copy specifically optimised for US audiences. - Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms. - Build and execute organic content strategies across relevant social media platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content. - Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness. - Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging as the company grows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing. - Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment. - Outstanding English writing ability specifically tuned for a US audience, with native or C2 proficiency. - Strong command of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting. - Hands-on experience writing paid copy for platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Experience scripting video ad creatives for platforms like YouTube and paid social. - Track record of building and executing organic social content strategies. - Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and analytics to optimise content. - Comfort collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers to shape messaging. - Experience contributing to product positioning or go-to-market strategy is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in New York, New York, United States.
