Content Production and Digital Communications Support

To our exciting client we are now looking for a Content Production and Digital Communications Support to join our client's Corporate Communications team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate content across live broadcasts, recordings, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities As a Content Production and Digital Communications Support Specialist, you will act as an integrated extension of the Corporate Communications team, providing expert support, scalability, and high-quality execution across a broad range of initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end production across live, recorded, and digital formats, including live broadcasts, video recordings, interviews, presentations, and digital media. Using your expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement, you will help shape and execute corporate communication strategies. You will manage technical execution using platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Teams Live Events, while seamlessly collaborating with internal stakeholders. Whether working independently or alongside the in-house team, you will ensure high attention to detail, reliability, and service-minded delivery across all projects. Qualifications You are a proactive, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable communications professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, easily integrating into cross-functional teams. With high attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset, you take full ownership of your tasks while delivering with flexibility and responsiveness. - Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement. - Proven end-to-end production capabilities across live, recorded, and digital formats. - Experience with studio production, broadcast environments, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams Live Events). - Skills in graphic design and motion graphics are strong assets. - Knowledge of employee engagement and change communication is preferred. - Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with an in-house communications team.
