Responsibilities: Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across select/designated functional areas Calibrating candidates with hiring managers Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment (Pitch Calls) Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and creatively negotiating complex executive compensation packages. Support the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting on searches Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates for executive searches Requirements: 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches 1+ years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects. 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects. 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders, and influence business decisions. Bonus points: Experience in agency and in-house recruiting Experience recruiting at a startup and/or within the healthcare industry.
