Controls Technician

Qualifications: Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Working knowledge of PLC programming languages (IEC 61131-3), including Ladder Logic (LAD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Control Language (SCL), Statement List (STL), and GRAPH Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with electrical servicing and installations Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities Experience troubleshooting vision systems (Cognex, Keyence) Experience with servo drive systems, including Rexroth and Siemens platforms Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal PLC and Robotics experience.
