If you join us in this role, your key responsibilities will include: ·        Preparing quotations and pricing proposals for customers. ·        Negotiating/coordinating with vendors, agents, airlines and shipping lines to obtain competitive rates and service solutions. ·        Managing customer enquiries and providing commercial support. ·        Maintaining accurate sales and customer records. ·        Coordinating confirmed bookings with Operations teams. ·        Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base. ·        Building strong relationships with customers, agents and suppliers. ·        Preparing sales reports. ·        Supporting business development activities. ·        Ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
