Corporate Communications & Brand Manager

Develop and execute the company's brand strategy and brand positioning initiatives Establish corporate identity standards and ensure all communication materials comply with brand guidelines Develop and implement corporate communication strategies, media plans, and integrated communication campaigns Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, executive communications, and employer branding initiatives Develop and implement crisis communication plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage communications during crisis situations Oversee the development of corporate publications, digital content, and communication materials Develop and execute internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement, corporate culture, and alignment with business objectives Plan and oversee the execution of annual employee events, leadership meetings, and internal engagement activities Measure and analyze brand awareness, brand perception, customer perception, and corporate reputation, and develop improvement initiatives based on insights Develop, manage, and monitor the Corporate Communications and Brand budget, and report budget performance Manage relationships with PR agencies, media organizations, industry associations, NGOs, and other strategic business partners Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate brand and communication standards Monitor, analyze, and report the performance and effectiveness of communication activities using defined KPIs Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of  10 years  of professional experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Media Relations, or Public Relations, including at least  3 years in a managerial role Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI-powered productivity tools Demonstrated experience in brand management, corporate reputation, and strategic communications Strong knowledge of media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and employer branding Experience in budget management and communication performance measurement Strong stakeholder management and agency relationship management skills Proven people management, coaching, and leadership capabilities Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is preferred Securitas Technology is Securitas’s global security technology company.
