This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants to play a key role in fundraising, capital markets activities, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced and growth-oriented business.</span></p><p><span>Working closely with the Corporate Finance Lead, Head of Corporate Finance, CFO, and senior leadership team, you will provide critical financial insights, support funding initiatives, and contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy.</span></p><h6><span>What you'll do</span></h6><p><span>As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will support a wide range of strategic finance activities, including:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Maintaining and enhancing integrated cash flow and financial models used for fundraising, forecasting, valuation, and business planning.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Performing financial analysis, valuation assessments, investment appraisals, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Supporting debt and equity fundraising processes through preparation of financial materials, presentations, and analysis.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Assisting with due diligence processes, coordinating information requests, and managing documentation requirements.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Supporting financing transactions and capital markets activities, ensuring timely execution of key workstreams.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Preparing reports, presentations, and analytical materials for Executive Leadership Team and Board meetings.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Supporting lender and investor reporting requirements and governance processes.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Monitoring financing obligations, covenant compliance, and financing-related risks.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Analysing asset performance, forecast assumptions, and transaction trigger metrics.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Partnering with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other business functions to ensure consistency and quality of financial data and forecasts.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Building strong relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, and key stakeholders.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial models, reporting processes, and analytical tools.</span></p></li></ul><h6><span>Who you are</span></h6><p><span>You are a curious and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for solving complex business problems. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects.</span></p><h6><span>Qualifications and experience</span></h6><p><span>We are looking for someone with:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>2–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Treasury, FP&amp;A, or a similar analytical role.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Strong financial modelling, forecasting, valuation, and financial analysis experience.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Exposure to debt financing, capital markets, fundraising, lender reporting, or transaction execution activities is advantageous.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Experience supporting senior stakeholders with financial insights and recommendations.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Progress toward, or completion of, a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is considered beneficial.</span></p></li></ul><h6><span>Skills and competencies</sp
