Join a fast-growing fintech journey — help build the future digital platform for savings and lending in the Nordic region, where stability and performance are top priorities. Brocc is a specialised credit institute embarking on a bold and transformative growth journey, fuelled by strong institutional backing and a clear strategic vision. Positioned at the forefront of the European credit market, Brocc combines deep heritage in consumer finance with cutting-edge technology and expertise in NPL acquisition and restructuring, building a best-in-class debt finance platform that supports clients across the full credit lifecycle. With substantial capital resources, an ambitious growth agenda, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, Brocc is uniquely placed to shape the future of the credit ecosystem. As we scale across new markets and asset classes, building robust, secure, and high-performing technology is central to how we operate, and to how we earn the trust of our customers, partners, and regulators. Brocc is entrepreneurial and fast-moving, and as a regulated credit institution we also work to high standards of reporting and well-functioning decision-making processes. We are now looking for a Corporate Secretary to join our Legal team in Stockholm. About the role You will have a key role in supporting the Board of Directors, its committees and key management committees so that their work runs in a structured and efficient way. You will plan and coordinate a multi-year meeting cadence, prepare and quality assure meeting materials, and follow up on decisions and actions. The role will be working closely with the management team and senior leadership. It suits someone who enjoys coordinating, structuring and driving board and committee processes in an entrepreneurial organisation with regulatory requirements. English is your primary working language. The role is based in our office on Regeringsgatan in Stockholm and is onsite, as it builds on close and ongoing contact with management, the Legal team and the rest of the organisation. What you'll do You will work closely with the General Counsel Board, its committees, management and other senior stakeholders. The Legal team works broadly across transactions, regulatory matters, commercial agreements, DORA, privacy and AML, and the culture is collaborative, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial – regardless of seniority, you are expected to take responsibility, contribute in practice and help out where needed. Over time you will also help develop the processes, templates and tools the function runs on. In practice, that means: Coordinate and follow up on Board of Directors and board committee work, including agendas, schedules and documentation Support key management committees so that meetings, decisions and follow-up are handled consistently and well documented at both board and management level Prepare and quality assure meeting packs, formal documentation and minutes Be the first point of contact for questions on board processes and documentation Support the General Counsel and management in ongoing corporate governance work An important part of the role is staying one step ahead – identifying what needs to be done and making sure it happens. Who you are You are used to independently coordinating and driving qualified processes, and you are comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You enjoy building efficient ways of working in a growing organisation. More specifically, you bring: A few years of relevant experience, for example as a Corporate Secretary, paralegal, legal coordinator, executive assistant or within corporate governance Experience of board administration, corporate governance, meeting coordination or similar work – experience from banking, finance or another regulated business is an advantage but not a requirement Strong organisational skills and the ability to hold together many parallel activities and deadlines, with a close eye for detail and its wider context A proactive, hands-on approach – you take clear ownership, dare to push when needed and move comfortably between qualified governance matters and practical administration An interest in digitalisation and comfort with modern digital tools, using for example Excel and AI-based solutions to create structure, automate follow-up and improve overview Excellent communication skills in English Why Brocc? We're a lean team of around 80 people, backed by strong institutional investors, with operations across more than 15 European markets. You'll join at a pivotal moment in our growth, with real ownership of your area, close collaboration with the General Counsel and senior management, and the chance to help shape how we work rather than inherit a finished setup. We move fast and we value people who take initiative. Contact and application In this recruitment, Brocc is partnering with Sharp Recruitment & Consultants.
