Country Manager Sweden/Finland

key responsibilities will be to:** - Develop and execute a plan for profitable growth across OEM, product sales and service. - Lead and develop the management team, setting clear priorities, goals and accountability. - Align sales, service and business support around shared customer responsibility. - Develop our sales organisation, coach its managers and improve commercial performance. - Own budgets, forecasts and performance follow-up for Sweden and Finland. - Collaborate with other Densiq Group companies on suppliers, products and customer relationships. The role is based in Gothenburg, with regular travel in Sweden and Finland. Customer visits alongside the sales team and time spent in our operations will be a natural part of your work. **What you bring** You are a commercially driven leader who sets a clear direction, brings people with you and follows through. You build trust with colleagues while being prepared to challenge established ways of working. You can prioritise in a complex business and move comfortably between strategic leadership and hands-on involvement. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** - At least eight years of commercial leadership experience in industrial B2B. - Proven experience of P&L and budget responsibility. - Experience of leading through other managers. - Experience of developing sales organisations and improving commercial performance. - Experience of leading organisational change and improving ways of working. - An understanding of businesses that combine products, technical advice and service. - Fluency in Swedish and English.
