<p><strong>About Nordic Air Defence</strong></p><p>Nordic Air Defence, headquartered in Stockholm, develops cutting-edge defensive solutions for both civilian and military applications. We combine expertise in electronics, mechanical design, embedded systems, software engineering, and AI.</p><p>In September 2024, Nordic Air Defence unveiled its first product, the Kreuger 100, a dual-use drone-interceptor platform engineered in Sweden by a diverse, international team. Our engineers and operators bring experience from leading defence, drone, and tech organisations worldwide, including Palantir, Kratos, SAAB, Anduril, and others.</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site role in Stockholm. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized <strong>Creative Coordinator</strong> to work closely with our Creative Director in an operational capacity and help build the Creative Department.</p><p>This is an operational role within the Creative Department, not a creative development role. You will act as the operational backbone of the team, helping coordinate projects and logistics, conduct research, manage follow-ups, and ensure the department stays organized and ahead of upcoming needs.</p><p>You will be given clear objectives and trusted to figure out how to make things happen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and maintaining a clear operational overview and structure in a fast-moving environment.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Creative team and maintain a clear overview of what is happening across the organization, including who owns what, what is being worked on, what is coming up, and where Creative needs to be involved.</p></li><li><p>Track projects, priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups, ensuring that nothing falls between the cracks.</p></li><li><p>Attend operational or informational meetings on behalf of Creative when appropriate, and report back with the key information, decisions, dependencies, and action items.</p></li><li><p>Conduct research related to productions, locations, travel, permits, suppliers, and logistics, turning information into clear recommendations and solutions.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Support budgeting, cost tracking, supplier management, and production planning.</p></li><li><p>Help maintain processes, systems, documentation, and ways of working as the Creative Department grows, including media, archive, and backup workflows according to our procedures.</p></li><li><p>Support production planning and execution, including crew outreach, travel, accommodation, permits, schedules, call sheets, suppliers, equipment logistics, and hands-on production support on set when required.</p></li><li><p>Help protect and enforce Creative processes internally, ensuring materials that require Creative review or approval follow the agreed workflow.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, project support, or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Professional fluency in English.</p></li><li><p>Driver's license required.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable managing budgets, spreadsheets, and cost tracking.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow through and close open tasks.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership and working independently.</p></li><li><p>Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn information into clear conclusions and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable proactively reaching out to people.</p></li><li><p>Reliable and willing to help with both high-level coordination and practical tasks.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel and support productions on location when required, including helping with equipment, transport and other practical tasks.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience from a startup, operations, logistics, project coordination, hospitality, events, or another fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.</p></li><li><p><span>Any experience working with the defence industry is a plus</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Generous PTO and holidays</span></p></li><li><p><span>Competitive salary</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stock options with upside in the company’s success</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Additionally</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>You are ideally a citizen of a NATO country</span></p></li><li><p><span>You must be prepared to relocate to Stockholm permanently</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Form of employm
