Creative – Global Windows & Brand Spaces

We are looking for people with…  6+ years of experience within creative development, ideally in fashion or retail  A strong background in window displays, set design, or spatial experiences  Proven experience working with global retail environments and activations  Proven experience in putting creative concepts together  Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape and KeyShot, with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite also beneficial  AutoCad/Revit skills to translate 2D into 3D  An openness to using AI tools as part of the creative process  Beneficial to have an interest in art, design, and fashion, and a strong awareness of fashion brands.  And people who are…  Comfortable moving between big ideas and detailed execution with a problem solver spirit at hand  Collaborative, open-minded, and able to bring people together around a shared vision  Curious and hands-on, with a passion for physical experiences and storytelling  Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment  Clear communicators & presentational skills with a strong understanding of how retail connects to brand and marketing  WHO WE ARE   H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
