Creative Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for you, if you… Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience as a designer, with strong expertise in digital advertising, graphic design, UI/UX, illustration, or motion design. Are highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and familiar with HTML5 and other creative tools. Have proven experience delivering creative or technical training to advanced learners. Can clearly communicate and demo complex creative concepts to experienced designers. Understand creative workflows end-to-end, especially within digital advertising and campaign production. Are empathetic, customer-focused, and comfortable driving designer-to-designer conversations. Can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Have experience with LMS platforms or content creation tools (a plus).
