Creator Marketing Lead - Affiliate & Creator Commerce

We are looking for people with:  Extensive experience within creator, influencer or affiliate marketing, with strong expertise in creator commerce and performance-driven partnerships.  Proven experience building or scaling creator-led commercial or affiliate programmes.  Strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.  A solid understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution, tools and technology supporting creator commerce.  A commercial mindset with a strong focus on measurable results, business impact and optimisation.  Experience managing budgets, priorities and performance across multiple initiatives or markets.  Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working across senior, cross-functional and international teams.  Experience leading, coaching or guiding specialists and coordinators in campaign delivery.  The ability to balance short-term commercial opportunities with long-term creator relationships and brand priorities.  A collaborative, curious and proactive approach, with the drive to build new capabilities and ways of working.   WHO WE ARE    H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
