At Stena Line, we're looking for a Crewing Workforce Optimisation Lead to help shape the future of our workforce. Using workforce planning, business intelligence and data-driven insights, you'll support strategic decisions and ensure we have the right capabilities for the future. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll turn complex data into meaningful actions that drive business transformation. Some of your key responsibilities Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning frameworks, standards and methodologies across crewing. Translate business strategy, financial plans and operational requirements into robust workforce forecasts and plans. Identify workforce risks, skills gaps and capacity challenges, developing evidence-based solutions. Lead demand and supply modelling, scenario planning and predictive workforce analytics. Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations to support organisational change and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop meaningful workforce planning dashboards. Ensure data integrity, governance and the effective use of workforce data across the organisation. Qualifications Significant experience in strategic workforce planning within a complex organisation Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, forecasting and scenario modelling Experience using workforce data and analytics to support business decision making Knowledge of maritime and labour legislation and its application within workforce planning activities Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Commercial and financial awareness Interested?
