CRM Product Owner

As we continue to scale, our CRM platform remains one of the most important tools supporting customer journeys, sales, booking, and service delivery. We're now looking for a CRM Product Owner to help shape, develop, and continuously improve this critical product area. About the role As CRM Product Owner, you will own the CRM product area used across Hemfrid's operations. You'll be responsible for defining priorities, managing the backlog, and ensuring the team delivers solutions that create real business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, you'll translate business needs into actionable user stories and ensure that delivered functionality aligns with both strategic objectives and operational realities. Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with product management, stakeholders, and a cross-functional development team to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. What you'll do Own the vision, priorities, and performance of the CRM product area Build, manage, and prioritise the product backlog Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demonstrations Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Hemfrid and KEYTO Group Ensure product development aligns with business goals and customer needs Use insights from Salesforce, Power BI, and operational data to evaluate outcomes and guide prioritisation Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, compliance, and rollout requirements What we're looking for Required Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment (Scrum or SAFe) Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories Experience working with customer journeys and user-centric product development Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations Experience collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders Fluent English, written and spoken Meriting SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification Experience working with Salesforce CRM Experience with IFS or another enterprise ERP platform Experience using Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools Experience from service-oriented or consumer-focused businesses Who you are Analytical and structured, with strong prioritisation skills A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels Business-oriented and motivated by creating measurable value Collaborative and relationship-driven Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders Passionate about building products that improve both customer and business outcomes Why join us?
