CRM Specialist

We are looking for someone who has:  We are looking for someone who has:  Solid experience working with CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation in an e-commerce or digital business environment.  Hands-on experience building and optimising customer journeys, automated campaigns, and audience segmentations.  Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Emarsys, Adobe Campaign, CDPs, or similar solutions.  Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into commercial actions and recommendations.  A solid understanding of CRM best practices and confidence using customer insights, segmentation, and automation tools to drive business results.  The ability to work strategically while also being comfortable operating within systems and platforms on a day-to-day basis.  Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.  Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.  Behaviours based on our values   Delivery & Execution: Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
