Cubist Execution Trader

Requirements: 1-3 years in trading operations, electronic execution, or a similar market‑facing role. Basic understanding of the order lifecycle and interest in deepening execution knowledge. Experience with Python or another programming language. Familiarity with SQL and comfort working with data. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working on small, collaborative teams. Exposure to market microstructure or execution algorithms preferred. Experience with Linux preferred. Some experience or exposure to Fixed Income, Options, TBA, CDX, or Inflation/Rates trading preferred. Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
