Customer Lead Engineer （PDS）

1. Communicate with OEM and Tier1 customers, deeply understand ADAS sensors and system project requirements, sort out technical indicators, project schedule and mass production requirements. 2. Design customized technical solutions, proposal documents, technical quotations and presentation materials according to customer needs. 3. Conduct customer technical reviews, product presentations, on-site technical communication, and answer technical questions about functions, hardware, performance and project implementation. 4. Be responsible for bidding technical documents preparation, parameter response, technical defense and bid follow-up to improve the winning rate. 5. Collect industry trends, regulation, competitor solutions and market information, summarize typical cases, and continuously optimize standardized pre-sales materials. 6. Cooperate with sales, R&D and project teams to promote technical confirmation, project evaluation and mass production landing. Education 教育程度  - Bachelor's degree and above in Electronic/software Engineering, Automobile engineering, or a related field.    本科及以上，车辆工程、电子信息、自动化、汽车电子、智能驾驶等相关专业； Professional Experience & skills  工作经验及技能   - 3+ years working experience in ADAS sensors & system/ autonomous driving pre-sales, technical support or application engineering. Experience in parking assist and L2/L2++ ADAS projects is preferred.   - Familiar with working principles and technical indicators of mainstream ADAS functions: ACC, AEB, LKA, BSD, APA, RPA and other parking & driving assistance functions.   - Basic knowledge of automotive core hardware: millimeter-wave radar, camera, domain controller and sensor configuration solutions.   - Capable of independent solution writing, PPT presentation and technical communication; able to take short-term business trips.   - Experience in serving mainstream OEMs or Tier1 suppliers is highly preferred.   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.   - Good speaking English and able to with global team smoothly Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company.
