Customer Planning Advanced Specialist

<p class="MsoNormal"></p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As one of the Logistic team members, he/she will need to:</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Planning sales plan according to the customer demand;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Customer delivery performance reach 100% and follow up customer record;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Analyze the customer plan and maintain in to QAD;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Tracking the completion of customer orders; Variation analysis for customer plan and actual delivery;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l FG inventory, EC and EOP parts inventory control;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l T.W. management and monitor.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Reasonable arrangement for transportation.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Check the delivery Qtys with customer, and complete the settlement.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Variation analysis for actual QAD sales and settlement qtys</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Invoices delivery and collection for part of customer;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Settlement work for customer claim and goods return;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Be responsible to release order, follow up shipments and analysis the actual and over variance</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Submit premium cost application before it actually happens;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Delivery customer’s information and request to the internal relevant departments in time;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Goods relationship and keep good communication with customer;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Coordinate with customer related departments to solve the problems in the logistic supply;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Support other tasks assigned by manager..</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>l Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Understand and abide by rule during work;</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Understand the hazard resource and control method during work.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.</span></p>
