Customer Service Associate Returns - Shopify

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to manage incoming customer returns across our e-commerce platforms. This position is responsible for receiving returned shipments from carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, verifying package and tracking information, inspecting returned merchandise, and accurately processing returns through platforms including Shopify, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with physical shipments, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
