At  GAC Cargo System Sdn Bhd , we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to be based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, to deliver exceptional customer service, and support the expansion of our business.   Duties include: Manage existing customer accounts through timely, professional communication Handle customer enquiries, service requests and operational updates Handle end-to-end logistics operations, including booking, documentation, shipment coordination, billing, and job completion. Accurate, timely data entry into internal operating systems and third-party platforms Verify job cost allocations, provisions and billing information to ensure invoicing accuracy Coordinate submission of documentation for invoice preparation, e-billing and dispatch Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial reports Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company procedures Ensure compliance with customs, port, airport, and international trade regulations Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service quality Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth logistics operations
