You will manage the communication flow between internal teams and clients, support seamless transportation processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor customer operations to ensure smooth processing of documents, transportation, and information flow</p></li><li><p>Track operational changes and communicate timely and accurate updates to both internal teams and customers</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer order volumes, take proactive actions, and provide feedback to management</p></li><li><p>Participate in face-to-face meetings with customers when needed to strengthen relationships and address operational needs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in customer relationship management</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with at least one ERP program</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Excel and reporting techniques</p></li><li><p>Confident in delivering presentations and managing customer meetings</p></li><li><p>Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a proactive attitude</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working at DFDS<br></strong><span>Join the movement and grow with us.</span><br><span>While you’re with us, we want you to develop.
