The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program). Your Role In the Customer Success Internship, you’ll work with satisfied customers on renewing their contacts. You’ll call expired accounts to win them back and manage team inboxes. You’ll shadow our Customer Success Specialists here as well, finding out how to upsell and cross-sell whenever there’s an opportunity.
