Grow one of our biggest accounts in a new market 🚀

Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the daily commercial relationship with one of our operator partners in France. If you want to join an exciting growth journey within UCaaS, keep on reading.

About the job

You help set the roadmap, guide in pricing and packaging, enable sales, run launches and delivery trainings. The mission is to help our partner to succeed. You will help them to win, onboard and grow their customers on our platform. We are live with our partner today, but have an even more exciting journey ahead of us.

You sit at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. You're the partner's voice inside Telavox, and Telavox's voice with the partner — trusted enough by both sides to hold a position, push back when needed, and move people to a decision. You'll work directly with senior leadership on both sides, guide product managers, and make commercial calls that shape real revenue.

You report directly to the leader of our Customer Engagement & Delivery team & indirectly to the lead of Sales. This role is based on 3 days on-site in France (Paris and/or Marseille), where our customer is located. Expect travel in this role mostly to our customers, but sometimes also to Telavox HQ, which is based in Malmö, Sweden.

What you'll do

Own the growth of the account. Your primary mandate is to deliver a step change in the number of end users this partner brings to Telavox—everything else exists to support that goal. Shape the partner's product roadmap and anchor it with senior leadership on both sides, guiding our product managers on market needs and priorities along the way.

Help set pricing and packaging — for direct end-customer sales and for wholesale/indirect channels — including for new categories like AI.

Lead go-to-market execution for product launches: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market activation.

Drive commercialization of our AI product suite with this partner, from concept to revenue.

Drive the prioritization process between the commercial side and product & engineering, replacing ad-hoc requests with structured, strategy-led planning.

Equip the partner's sales organization with the positioning, training, and materials they need to sell — in French.

Build and maintain the map of key stakeholders on both sides, and be the one both sides trust to get things done.

Location: Paris/Marseille

Travels: 30-60 days a year

About you

What sets you apart is the combination of a strategist's head and an operator's hands: you can set direction, but you're just as ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver it yourself, since there's no team here to hand things off to. You know the French B2B market very well.

Commercially, you're sharp enough to move confidently through B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, and channel economics, and to make calls that shape real revenue at scale. You speak product well enough to earn the trust of product managers and guide their thinking, without ever needing formal authority over them. You have a very clear understanding of XaaS delivery models and know how to manage partner KPIs.

On top of that, you're a natural communicator — someone who can anchor a strategic conversation with senior leadership one day and train a sales team or take the stage in front of an external audience the next, all with the same ease. A technical background gives you the credibility to make sound calls on feasibility and to be taken seriously by engineering. And perhaps most importantly, you thrive in ambiguity: where formal authority is thin, and the structure doesn't yet exist, you're the one who builds it.

You're fluent in French and English at a business level — that part is non-negotiable, though additional languages never hurt.

Join us at Telavox 💚

Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect.

Today, we’re a thriving company with 1.9 billion SEK in revenue and 500+ Telavoxers across nine countries. We embrace AI and automation to push the boundaries of business communication.

We offer flexible work options and adaptable hours,
