We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.<br></p><h3>About the job</h3><p>As a Customer Success Manager, you will have ownership of driving engagement and value for a portfolio of enterprise customers with a particular focus on our US-based clients. You will:</p><ul><li><p>Manage, support and develop a portfolio of enterprise customers (B2B)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Connect with stakeholders (executive level and day to day) to understand and develop expertise when it comes to what drives user value and engagement</p></li><li><p>Develop the business by identifying patterns and synergies between different end-user use cases</p></li><li><p>Proactively share customer learnings and insights with the broader Stravito team.</p></li><li><p>Report to the Lead Customer Success Manager for the US</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Product, Tech &amp; Design to make it happen!</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>About you</h3><p>To be successful in this role, you need:</p><ul><li><p>3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager</p></li><li><p>Previous experience managing for complex enterprise accounts</p></li><li><p>“Customer mindset” - knowing what to listen for, be able to separate between what is being said and what the underlying drivers are</p></li><li><p>Business-orientation - constantly thinking of how to grow and scale your customer.</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, both spoken and written</p></li></ul><p><strong>This role is remote but applicants must be a current tax resident in one of the following locations: Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas or Virginia.</strong></p><p><em>For this US-based role, the salary range is $88,000–$102,000 per year.
