Their teams assist customers in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English.</p><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p><p>As a Customer Service Consultant, you will receive and respond to phone inquiries from customers who require roadside assistance. </p><p>Customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations, and your role will be to ensure they receive the right support when they need it most. </p><p>You will often be the first person a customer speaks with when something unexpected happens on the road.</p><p>Our client is looking for someone who can work independently while maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
