We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Business Data Analyst 🔹 Location: Warsaw/Łódź (office presence 3 days/week) ✔️Tasks including: Collect, analyze, harmonize, and validate large data sets across multiple source systems. Design, document, and maintain data structures, data mappings, and ETL flows. Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability to support regulatory reporting requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, ensuring formal sign-off. Analyze financial and accounting data, including balance sheet structures and financial instruments. Create and maintain metadata documentation, including data lineage, sources, assumptions, and reporting obligations. Support the functional design of end-to-end data and reporting solutions, including controls and reconciliation processes. Work with SQL databases (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL) to extract, transform, and analyze data. Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and identify opportunities for process automation and innovation. Manage tasks and collaborate within Agile teams using Jira. ✔️Required Skills & Experience 5-10 year of relevant work history Proven experience in working with large data sets and professional proficiency in SQL , having worked with database (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL etc.) Ability to define and document data structures and ETL flows within and across applications and contribute to functional design of the E2E solutioning (controls, analysis, reporting, sign-off) Good knowledge of accounting and balance sheet structures, including various financial instruments Document meta data e.g. where data originates, with what assumptions, to meet what regulatory obligation in which reporting framework(s) Ability to drive discussions with various business stakeholders to clarify requirements and have them formally signed off Skills in utilizing AI to make work efficient and introduce new use cases also longer term Working proficiency in JIRA Nice to have: Good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and quality expectations e.g. CRR, BCBS239 Proven track-record in creating reporting IT solutions with various technologies, databases, reporting tools/BI Tools and calculation engines producing regulatory metrics ✔️ We offer: B2B agreement Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client Current support during our cooperation Possibility to work in an international environment Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture Private medical care Life insurance Multisport Teambuilding events Contact person: karolina.rosikiewicz@eworkgroup.com Client code: BN01 Do you know someone who would fit this position?
