For our client Husqvarna we are looking for a Data Business Analyst. Assignment description Data Business Analyst - Share of Wallet Husqvarna Group is looking for a Data Business Analyst to support the Share of Wallet (SoW) initiative within Aftermarket Analytics. SoW is an analytics model and dashboard. It combines installed base data with Parts & Accessories (P&A) sales to measure how much of the P&A potential Husqvarna captures, and where there's room to grow. It has been piloted in several markets and is now being scaled. Next it will be extended with a Compatibility & Recommendation Engine. The consultant will clarify and document the current SoW scope. The consultant will translate business rules into data requirements and assess whether the product, installed-base and commercial data needed is available, complete and reliable. The role connects Business, P&A / Product Management, Master Data Management and Analytics/BI. The goal is to make sure the data and business rules are validated before the BI Developer implements them. Tasks • Collect, analyze and document business requirements, use cases and business rules required to support the SoW Compatibility & Recommendation Engine. • Translate business rules into clear and actionable data requirements, identifying the data attributes required to enable each rule and recommendation/compatibility logic. • Identify and map required data attributes to their sources and systems (STEP, ABM, Analytics and other relevant sources), documenting data definitions, business rules, ownership and dependencies. • Assess and profile data readiness and fitness for purpose, including availability, coverage, completeness, consistency, reliability and quality, and quantify identified gaps where relevant. • Investigate data gaps and quality issues and identify their root causes, dependencies, risks and potential impact on SoW business rules and recommendation outputs. • Drive and coordinate the collection, correction, enrichment or creation of required data with P&A / Product Management, Data/MDM, Data Owners and Data Stewards, including prioritization and follow-up through resolution. • Validate data readiness following remediation and ensure that data and associated business rules are fit for purpose before implementation in the SoW solution by the BI Developer. • Support the definition and implementation of sustainable data governance, including clear data ownership, data definitions, quality rules, standards and maintenance processes, to prevent recurring issues and ensure that data remains fit for purpose as SoW scales. • Coordinate dependencies and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring visibility of priorities, risks, decisions and delivery milestones impacting SoW data readiness. Expected deliverables: 1. Documented SoW scope, business rules and data requirements 2. Map of data attributes to their sources 3. Data readiness and gap assessment 4. Prioritized list of fixes, with owners and status 5. Governance recommendation for maintaining the data long term Required skills • Several years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role, turning business needs into data requirements • Hands-on data profiling and analysis skills (e.g. SQL, Excel/Power Query; experience with Snowflake or Databricks is a plus) • Experience with master data, product data and data quality work in PIM/MDM environments • Good understanding of data governance concepts such as ownership, definitions, quality rules and stewardship • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate across business and IT without formal authority • Structured documentation skills • Fluent English, spoken and written Nice to have: • Experience with STEP (Stibo Systems) • Aftermarket or Parts & Accessories background, e.g. product compatibility, installed base, spare parts • Experience working with BI teams (Power BI) and recommendation or analytics models Additional Information • The assignment is time-boxed to Q4 2026, and there may be an option to extend depending on how SoW continues. • Data ownership stays with the Husqvarna business and data organizations. The consultant facilitates, analyses and recommends. • The consultant will work closely with an existing BI Developer and Analytics team, and with P&A Product Management and the Master Data organization. • Being able to start quickly is an advantage.
