Requirements: 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems) Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders Proven ability to operate in high-availability, large-scale environments Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and autonomy Preferred Skills: Experience in hyperscale environments Experience managing multi-site or regional operations Familiarity with: Server hardware and rack infrastructure Linux systems and basic networking (DHCP, DNS) Monitoring systems and performance analysis Experience supporting data center expansion or new site builds Key employee benefits in the US: Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families. 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
