responsibilities: Management & organization: Lead the team (Data Analyst and Data Scientist), distribute workload, ensure team well-being, and support talent development Internal recommendations: Collaborate with various stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production, etc.) to analyze gameplay mechanics and collected data.
