Data Product Manager, Derivatives (12 months contract)

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as futures, TradFi etc. From problem definition to delivery and post-launch iteration Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback Requirements 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping data-driven products Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence — comfortable working independently with large datasets Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading cross-functional collaboration Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders Why Binance • Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
