Data Scientist (Científico de Datos) - Hybrid

Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Git. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP). Familiarity with AWS and Databricks. Understanding of data science best practices. Ability to say 'I don't know' and willingness to research and find solutions. Good english level. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Corporate Bill Pay and Spend Management: Familiarity with corporate bill pay, credit card, and spend management products. Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, QuickSight, and Databricks. Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and modeling. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to drive product decisions. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector, especially those relevant to Latin America.
