DC Safety & Security Specialist

We are looking for people with…   Solid expertise in Safety, Security, and DC operational processes, with the ability to support implementation and compliance efforts.​ Preferred experience in Occupational health and safety and Health and Safety compliance.​ Strong understanding of global policies, standards, and local legislation, ensuring adherence to Safety & Security requirements and the Code of Ethics program.​ Proactive approach in identifying and addressing potential risks in Safety, Security, Loss Prevention, and compliance, assisting in mitigation strategies.​ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide actionable insights.​ Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.​ Ability to support teamwork and knowledge-sharing, contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.​ Organizational and planning abilities, knowledge in assisting in tracking initiatives, compliance efforts, and safety protocols.​ Competent in administration tools, such as Office 365 and other digital solutions for documentation, reporting and coordination.​ Demonstrates a natural curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.   .
